I've been managing the Pacific Beach Library for just over a month now, and it feels as if every other day I learn something new about our library or the neighborhood. Then I had my Big Idea: post it, so that you can spread the word, and maybe get some cool tips from readers.
So, I'll try to combine the professional with a wee bit o' the personal: new materials at the library along with a quick review of the latest book that I can't put down. Our neat new children's program that we just added to our calendar, as well as the crazy show that I saw on tv when I was flipping channels the other day. I'll try to keep things brief in future posts -- but wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. =)
